🤔[[Questions?]] We got you
🧱 📘 Do I get instructions?
Of course you do. Step-by-step. No guesswork. No chaos. Paper or digital depending on the kit. We want you building — not decoding hieroglyphics.
⏱️ ⌛ How long does a build take?
About 1–3 hours. Put some music on. You’ll be fine, Civilisation can wait.
🎁 🚗 Is it gift-ready?
Yes. It turns up clean, protected, and properly packaged. No last-minute panic wrapping. You can take the credit.
🚚 📦 How long is delivery?
Average worldwide is 8 days. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to wake up after dispatch. It’s moving. It just hasn’t had coffee yet.
🧩 🆘 What if I lose a piece?
It happens. Tell us what’s missing. We’ll replace it. No drama. No interrogation.
🚪 🔧 Do the Pro Kits actually open?
Yes. They open. Flip a door, lift a hood, check out the engine (opening parts depends on each model, check the images!). It’s the tiny car version of “look what I can do!”. You’ll click, snap, grin, repeat. No glue, no instructions hidden in hieroglyphs — just pure satisfying fiddling.
